bunny brooch

i realize it's been awhile since i posted. this is mainly due to my frustration with meeting a bunch of freaks online, and getting fed up with it all. i guess i decided i wanted some more frustration, because i decided to jump into the match pool again.

i meet up with bunny brooch for some wine tasting and a great dinner. he almost wants to be nicknamed smarty pants II, but i feel he also wants to be unique. so bunny brooch it is. why is he called bunny brooch, you ask? he was actually wearing a brooch that was in the shape of a wittle bunny wabbit. what kind of man wears a pin on his lapel? and one of a wabbit? after some wine i get up the courage to ask. apparently it is a the sign of some sort of blog community, where they all think of themselves as bunnies. ooookay.

bunny brooch seems like a nice enough guy, though he is another NPR obsessor. the only reason i focus on this is that it makes me feel stupid when someone makes constant references to NPR shows and i cannot keep up. this is obviously more my problem than his. anyway, wine tasting goes well (we actually get to blend our own bottle of wine). then we go for italian food in my neighbourhood, and it's delicious. conversation flows pretty easily. i'm guessing we'll probably meet up again sometime. which means another blog entry, woo hoo. :-D
